Peptide Reconstitution Calculator
Work backwards: choose how many syringe units you want one draw to be, and get the diluent volume that makes the math come out that way.
Enter values to see the result.
Formula
Required concentration = amount per draw ÷ (units ÷ 100). Diluent volume = vial amount ÷ required concentration.
Example (arithmetic only): 10 mg vial, 500 mcg per draw, 10 units wanted → 500 ÷ 0.10 mL = 5,000 mcg/mL → 10,000 ÷ 5,000 = 2 mL.
Practical notes
- Use the diluent specified in the product labeling or by your pharmacist. Sterile technique and storage instructions come from the labeling, not from this site.
- Round to volumes your syringe can actually measure; 1 unit = 0.01 mL on a U-100 syringe.
- Already know how much diluent you added? Use the dose calculator instead.
